Experiencing an illness, the artist called his ministering brothers, two Church members upon whom he could rely, and asked for a blessing. After suffering in darkness and solitude, the appearance of two men in white shirts and ties, backlit by sunlight, felt like the arrival of angels. In this image, an individual with a tear-stained face looks up, hand lifted to receive a benediction from blessing birds winging their way toward him or her.
