With joy marking his aged face, a father looks up in gratitude as he hugs his son to him. The boy has collapsed in his father’s arms, his back curving into his body. Wong portrays the biblical story of the prodigal son, the boy who left his father’s presence and squandered his living, only to return and ask for forgivness. Just as all of mankind has left the presence of our Father in Heaven, we must return to Him in order to progress.
