Charles Franklin Foster
Foster initially emigrated to the Valley in 1850 with his family. As a young man, he worked as a teamster for the 1866 Thompson out-and-back company. The account book lists Franklin Foster from St. George as a teamster. Memoranda book 2 simply lists T F Foster.
The Kane County Standard article confirms the family's travel to Utah in 1850.
His birth and death dates are confirmed by his death certificate.
