Richard Hodgin

Facebook Twitter Print Mail
  • It is likely that Richard came to Utah between 1851 and 1854.  He does not appear on the 1850 Utah census.  The first documentation to place him in Utah is his purchase of land in Salt Lake City 5 February 1855, which was prior to the arrival of that season's emigration.  Further research is needed to determine the year the came to Utah and the name of the pioneer company he traveled with.

    His surname may be "Hodgins."
