  • Isaac and his siblings, Emma, Sarah and Hyrum, sailed to America in 1862 on the ship John J. Boyd.  His obituary states that he came to America in 1862, but his name does not appear on the 1862 Homer Duncan pioneer company roster with his sisters and brother.  Further research is needed to determine the name of the pioneer company with which he traveled.

His death certificate shows that he had lived in West Jordan, Utah for 46 years, which would make his arrival in Utah in 1862.

Company Unknown (1862)
