  • The Beardall family arrived in New York on 6 July 1866 via the ship Arkwright. The records for the overland company list only heads of household, but a note is included that Mary's husband, John, purchased 3 1/2 adult food rations for the journey indicating that his wife and two youngest daughters made the overland trip with him as well.

Birth date and death date listed was found in a personal, online family history record (such as Family Tree, Ancestry, or My Heritage), without any accompanying documentation. Further research is needed to verify its accuracy.
