  • Birth date confirmed by Payson Ward records at the time of a rebaptism on 24 August 1856 and also by Utah Stake City Ward records at the time of a rebaptism on 1 September 1855. (In the latter record, she is listed with the surname of Miles.) Her obituary states that she traveled to Utah in 1855. Further research is needed to identify the company she traveled with.

She likely traveled with Mary Maria Booth, who was rebaptised on the same day and is in the same household with her in the 1860 Census. However, their connection to one another is uncertain. Death records for Phoebe are under her married name of Fenn.
