  • Letitia crossed the Atlantic from Liverpool to Boston on the ship S. Curling in 1856; she was from Wales.  She continued on across the plains with the aid of a loan from the Perpetual Emigrating Fund and married James Crick at Salt Lake City in 1857.  At the time of the 1860 federal census she and her family were living at North Bend (modern Fairview) in Sanpete County, Utah.  She died at Independence, Jackson County, Missouri.
