  • Peter Jr. came from Denmark  on the ship William Tapscott in 1860 with his wife, Mette Marie, and three chldren: Niels Peter, Johan Carl, and Anthon. The family also traveled with Peter (59) and Maren (59). Anthon died 7 June 1860 while crossing the Atlantic Ocean. Niels Peter died 18 August 1860 while crossing the plains through Nebraska.
