  • Wife of Hans Ohdal Edman. They crossed the ocean by way of the ship Monarch of the Sea and continued their westward journey as part of the John Smith company. Their surname was spelled "Odman" in Mormon Immigration Index records. In 1870, the Edman family lived together in Utah. Even after her husband's death in 1898, Anna remained there as a widow until her death in 1925.
