  • Son of George Ludvig and Andrea Petrea Rose Groneman. He traveled with his parents and his siblings. They first crossed the ocean by way of the ship Monarch of the Sea and then continued their westward journey as part of the John Smith company. The Groneman family lived together in Utah in 1870, according to census records.
