        • Rasmus Hansen came on the ship, Athenia, in 1862. He came with his wife, Ane Kirstine, and children: Ane Christine, Sophie Frederikke, Josephine, and Hans Peter. They are from Zealand and the Copenhagen Conference. Further research is needed to determine if Hans Peter was in the company or not.  His name does not appear on the company roster, yet his sister Josephine does. According to family tree Josephine dies July 6, and he dies 27 July. The company leaves to go west on 27 July. If he came why is his name not on the roster and yet Josephine's does.
