  • Thomas, his wife Mary and children Mary, Sarah, Abraham, Thomas, Margaret and William sailed to America in 1865 on the ship Belle Wood.  A daughter Francis died before starting on the trail.

    Evidence that he came in the 1866 Rawlins company is confirmed in information found in local church financial records.

    Given name is "Thora" on the 1870 Utah census.
