Margaret Ann Boak

  • While traveling within the company Margaret Ann met Charles Browne, a teamster for the company.  They married just after the company's arrival in the Salt Lake valley in 1868.

    Although not directly listed in the memorandum book, Nicholas (Margaret's father) purchased enough food rations for three people.  According to New York passenger lists, the Boak's traveled from Liverpool to New York aboard the Colorado, arriving 28 July 1868.
