  • The 1860 census shows George living in Pondtown, an area just outside of Payson, Utah.  The D. D. McArthur memorandum book also states George Burr was a teamster from Payson. By 1880 George and his family were living in Sevier. According to his death certificate he was born in Salt Lake City and died in Emery.
