Henry Wiltshire

Facebook Twitter Print Mail
  • Henry was born at Wiltshire, England.  He appears in the 1850 Utah census in the home of Henry and Ann Winter.   He purchased land in Salt Lake City on 15 February 1851 and was re-baptized on 20 May of the same year.  In 1851 and 1852 his name appears on the muster rolls of the Utah Territorial Militia in a Company led by Captain Homer Duncan.  Additional research is needed to identify the year he crossed the plains and the name of the pioneer company with which he traveled.
