  • David Kerr traveled with his wife and their children. The Kerr family emigrated from England by way of the ship Belle Wood, which arrived to New York on 31 May 1865. Their daughter, Ellen, was born in 1866. The family continued their westward journey to Utah as part of the Seeley Company in 1868.
