  • Son of Jane Caroline Pollard Wiscombe.

    According to the Seeley Company list of passengers, Jane was a widow who traveled with her seven children. Another one of her children, George, traveled in the same company with his wife.

    The Wiscombe family emigrated from England in 1865 by way of the ship Belle Wood. They then journeyed westward to Utah as part of the William S. Seeley Company in 1868.
