  • Hendrick crossed the Atlantic under the name "Henrick" Peterson on the ship Jesse Munn in 1854 (his father's given name was Peder.)  Hendrick appears in the 1856 Utah Territorial census as Henry Hendrixon in Sanpete County.  In the 1860 and 1870 Utah censuses he is Hendrick Hendrickson of Ephraim.  In 1880 he is H. Hendrickson of Glenwood.   Further research is needed to identify the year he crossed the plains and the name of the pioneer company with which he traveled.
