  • Robert Whittaker was on the Martin Co. and his brother John Whitaker on the Jones/Hunt Company. Their brother William is not shown on the roster or any other document even though the name is noted in the Patience Loader Reminiscences.

    He sailed to America in 1856 on the ship Horizon.
