  • Sarah came with her father George, mother Mary, brother Henry and sister Lucy to Utah. They arrived in New York on 6 July 1866 via the ship Arkwright. Thompson company records only list George as head of household, however, it is assumed that the family remained together during the overland journey.

    Sarah Married Henry Hughes in Utah 14 December 1868.
