  • Daughter of William Cox Smithson and his wife Lucinda.  In 1846 the Smithsons traveled from Mississippi to Fort Pueblo in what is now Colorado; in 1847 they journeyed from Pueblo to Salt Lake City.  She married Kenneth Bennett Young.  She and her husband were in Washington County, Utah in 1860.   She died in Colorado.
