  • Elizabeth sailed with her mother, Mary Ann Willis, and her stepfather, John Willis, and their family on the ship Hudson. 

    She traveled with her family in the William Hyde Company and purportedly died en route. Her headstone, located in Grantsville City Cemetery in Utah, states that she was "buried along the Mormon trail somewhere in Nebraska."
