  • Edward, his wife and daughter crossed the Atlantic on the ship Buena Vista in 1849.  He was a Collier. His name first appears in the records of the Utah Territorial Militia in 1849.  He was re-baptized in Utah on 18 November 1849 and appears in Great Salt Lake City with his family in the 1850 Federal census.
