  • Jane sailed to America in 1849 on the ship James Pennell.

    She came to Utah with her mother, Jane Pearson Hacking Fisher.

    Her surname is listed as "Ackin" on the 19th Ward Record of Members.

    The inscription on her gravestone shows her name as "Jane O'Brian," her birth date as 30 June 1833, and her death date as 13 January 1901.
