  • She was traveling with her husband, a sister-wife, and the children. Although she was married to Albert Rockwood at the time of travel, company records list her under her previous married name of "Horn." There is discrepancies in different sources for her birth date. The date used is confirmed by Salt Lake 13th Ward records at the time of a rebaptism on 3 March 1857. Most census records seem to confirm that she was born several years later than the generally accepted year of 1816.
