John T. Murray
John's first baptism took place in Salt Lake City on 12 September 1851. The Salt Lake Stake Record of Members shows his name as "John Murry," confirms his birth date, and gives his place of birth as New Castle, Delaware.
In 1852 he was living in the Salt Lake City 17th Ward, and he was living in this ward at time time he made a consecration donation.
He joined the Utah Militia on 9 October 1853.
There is no documentation on him residing in Utah after the 1860 Utah census. It is likely that he is the John Murray in FamilySearch who married in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1867. That individual has the same birth date and place. No further documentation has been located on him in Utah or Pennsylvania after the 1860 Utah census.
