  • Thomas "Bloxam's" name appears on the Pottawattamie County, Iowa census enumerated on 12 November 1850.  He is with his second wife Elizabeth and two young boys: John Bloxam (age 13) and Isaac Bloxam (age 9).  As indicated by the Immigrant Location Committee document, they arrived in Salt Lake City about 28 September 1852. Further research is needed to identify the name of the company with which they traveled across the plains.
