        • Evidence from emigration and church records proves that Kirsten Larsen traveled to Utah in 1862. Kirsten traveled on the ship "Athena." While she is not listed in the Deseret News roster, the Larsens aboard that ship traveled in the Joseph Horne Company.

          She came on the ship, Athenia in 1862. She is from Kraghauge, Copenhagen Conference.
