  • Eleanor and her husband, George, arrived in New Orleans on 27 April 1851 via the ship Olympus. The Presiding Bishopric minutes, which list George's name, indicate that they did not arrive in the Valley until 1852. Further research is needed to identify the name of the company they traveled with.
