Gordon Silas Beckstead
Evidence from census and church ordinance records proves that Gordon traveled to Utah in 1851. He was a member of the Mormon Battalion and made it all the way to California so his travel would have been eastbound from there. Further research is needed to determine the name of the company he traveled with.
