  • Daughter of George and Lucy Eliza Tristram. The Tristram family crossed the Atlantic on the ship Arkwright, arriving in New York on 6 July 1866. Overland company records list them as independent passengers, meaning, they paid their own passage. They brought their own food and did not purchase food rations using the Perpetual Emigrating Fund.   

    In the 1870 Utah census both Lucy and her mother are listed as "Louisa."  Young Lucy married Joseph Lake.
