  • First documentation to place him in Utah is his and his wife, Dorthea's, rebaptism in the Mt. Pleasant Ward on 22 May 1864, which was prior to that year's emigration season. Further research is needed to narrow the year of their travel and identify the name of the company they traveled with.

    His surname is listed as "Brenster" in the 1870 census.  His death date is from the Find A Grave website.
