  • Maren came on the ship, Humboldt in 1862 with her step father, Lars Petersen and mother, Maren. She also came with her siblings, Frederick, Jens and Christian  and her step brother, Ove Petersen and step sister, Karen. She is the daughter of Maren by her first husband.  She also went by the name of "Overson." Her name is listed as "Stine Houlsen" on the Deseret News roster.
