• Eliza married Henry Wells Jackson in Salt Lake City on 3 February 1850, which was prior to the arrival of that season's emigration.  This proves that she arrived in Utah by 1848.  Further research is needed to determine the year of her arrival in Utah and the name of the pioneer company with which she traveled.

  Her name is listed as "Eliza A. Jackson" on the 1850 Utah census.

  The inscription on her gravestone shows her name as "Eliza Ann D. Jackson."
