  • He arrived in New York on 16 June 1862 via the ship Monarch of the Sea. First documentation to place him in the Valley is a rebaptism in the West Jordan Ward the following spring on 27 March 1862, so he must have crossed the plains in 1861. Further research is needed to identify the name of the company he traveled with.

In some records, his surname is listed as Heughly. Galli was his mother's maiden name and Heughly was his father's surname. He was traveling with his uncle, Peter Galli and his family.

Company Unknown (1861)
