Geo. Robinson, Sr., one of the oldest pioneers of Summit county, died at the home of his son, A. Robinson, Wednesday morning of old age. Deceased came to Summit County in 1862, and has made his home in this locality ever since. He was ninety-one years of age, and up until recently had been in possesion of his senses and was able to get around in a manner which would do credit to a far younger man.
The old gentleman is survived by children, grand-children and great-grand-children. His wife died a year ago last Christmas at an advanced age.
The funeral was held yesterday afternoon from the residence of Geo. Robinson, with whom deceased had made his home for a number of years, Bishop Rasband officiating, and was largely attended.
