Explore dozens of newly accessible collections to enable your research wherever you are in the world.

A highlight among this month’s list of digitized collections, made available for researchers, includes John Wells’s journals from 1864 to 1941. John Wells served as Second Counselor in the Presiding Bishopric from 1918 to 1938. His journals contain accounts of his family life and Church service.

Other collections you may find of interest include the 44 photographs of missionaries from the Scandinavian Mission, circa 1877–1905. You may also enjoy studying the names of residents shown on the Salt Lake City Plat B map, circa 1848–1851.

Please note: You may need to log in to view certain collections online. For more information on how the Church History Library determines access to materials, please see the library’s access policy.
