Explore dozens of recently digitized collections to enable your research wherever you are in the world.

Below, you’ll find September’s list of recently digitized materials to explore in the Church History Catalog. Many of the digitized records are copies of the Book of Mormon in languages other than English. Additionally, this month’s records feature an audiovisual record: film footage taken by George Magnusson in 1947. Magnusson was a Latter-day Saint from California who was among the first four missionaries to return to Tahiti after World War II. A year after his mission, he was a crewmember on board a Church-commissioned ship that sailed to Tahiti. These films contain footage of the voyage, scenes from Tahiti, and local Church members.

The following collections feature one or more items that have been digitized and are available for viewing online. For some collections with copyright restrictions, login may be required to view them online.
