Traveling with Elder Samuel W. Price in a car they tracted the suburban districts of Los Angeles and the Imperial valley. At the time this was considered a 'novel way of preaching the Gospel' (Calimis 1:7). Elder Allred and Elder Gardner serving as companions in San Diego in February, 1921(Calimis 3:1). Traveling Elders Allred and Price are currently (March 15, 1921) in El Centro, California where it is almost unbearably warm (Calimis 5:4).  Elders Allred and Clifford laboring in Colton, California began the first Sunday School on May 15, 1921.  Since then the attendance has been steadily increasing (Calimis 11:3).
