Baltzar Sorensen Petersen

Evidence from emigration and church (Perpetual Emigrating Fund) records proves the Petersen family traveled to Utah in 1863. Baltzar is listed as Baltzar Sorensen Dalsgaard 1863 B. S. Kimball ship manifest.  His death certificate shows his name as Baltzar Peterson, as does his gravestone.

The family came on the B. S. Kimball in1863. They consisted of: father, Soren, Mother Ane Margrethe and children: Baltzar, Peter, Mette and Ane.
