To labor among Spanish people and translate
After Eduardo had fulfilled an LDS full-time proselyting mission, he returned to his previous work at a lumber yard in El Paso. In his free time after work, he donated many hours of his free time to the project team headed by Rey Lucero Pratt, the President of the LDS Mexican Mission, tasked with translating and revising LDS books, hymns and shorter documents from English to standard Spanish. After about nine years, leaders of the Church invited him to move his and Rhea's little family to Salt Lake City. They lived and served there for the remaining years of his working life and retirement.
