Eliza Filcher

Daughter of Thomas and Eliza Filcher. At the time of the 1856 Utah Territorial census she and her family were living at Lake City (American Fork) in Utah County.  While the rest of the Filcher family later moved to California, Eliza remained in Utah. Her married surname was Chipman.
