George Houghton
He was taken in by a Brother Warner after the death of his stepmother. His father, Reuben married his first wife in April 1835. Her name was Elizabeth Ferre, and she died in Nauvoo in 1846. When Reuben married his second wife, Sarah, she cared for George until her death. He was killed on the Bear River and buried in Ft. Douglas, Utah.
