Mary Ann Lowe

Evidence that the Stephen and Mary Wells came to Utah in 1851 is based on their marriage in Kanesville in June 1851 and the birth of a child in Salt Lake City in May 1852, prior to the arrival of that season's emigration.  Both Stephen and Mary were re-baptized at Salt Lake City on 16 November 1851. The DUP application listed below says Stephen and his wife were in the Alfred Cordon Company. Cordon was a Captain of fifty in the James Cummings Company.
