Daguhter of Elias and his first wife, Mary Williams Jones. She traveled with her father, stepmother, and siblings. They crossed the ocean by way of the ship S. Curling. In 1860, the Jones family was listed on census records as living together in Utah. Her married surname, as written on her death certificate, was "Bowen."
