Sarah Barbara Pitchforth

Her mother died in Iowa, USA in 1846, so Sarah Barbara came to Utah with her older brother, Samuel.

Her obituary gives 18 June 1832 as her birth date, but the inscription shows the years of her birth and death as 1837 - 1896.  The gravestone appears to have been created rather recently, so it may be incorrect.  Further research is needed to determine her correct birth date.   At the time of her death, her surname was Kienke.  

The 1860 Utah census shows her surname as "Kienke."
